AVIDA:
We do offer additional pay for extended hours—₱150 per hour. However, this depends on whether there is a booking scheduled for the following day. If there is a reservation, extension is only allowed for 1 to 2 hours. So instead of the usual 11 AM checkout, you may extend until 1 PM at the latest.

MESATIERRA:
We do don't offer late check out.  Check out time is 3 pm.

In line with building regulations, pets are not allowed within the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Gym Access:

• Avida: Available at ₱400 per hour per guest. Please inform the lobby receptionist if you’d like to use it.

• Mesatierra: Available at ₱100 per hour.

Note: Gym access is not included with your stay.

For Mesatierra: For mesatierra: 7-Eleven near Sutherland, and a coffee shop. Plus, we’re just minutes from Roxas Market, Gaisano Mall, GSouth, San Pedro Church, Abreeza, and popular fast food chains like Jollibee, McDonald’s, and Mang Inasal.

The Studio Type units is ideal for 2 guests. For 1 Bedroom units, we can accomodate 4-5 pax  If you're traveling with a toddler as a third guest, please check—accommodation depends on the child's age.

• Children aged 2 and below stay for free.

• Toddlers aged 3 and above have an additional charge of ₱250 per night.

• Additional guest aged 13 year and above are charged as adult ₱495 per night. (Note: Please confirm with us first)

Inside the building: ₱400 (secure, coordinate with the guard)

Outside the building: Free, but if an enforcer is present, a ₱30-50 fee may be collected. This is where most guests park.

• Mesatierra:

Inside the building: ₱350 (secure, coordinate with the guard)

Outside the building: Free and Sutherland Parking Area

Yes, pool access is FREE for the two (2) main guests for Studio type units and three (3) main guests for 1 Bedroom unit.

For a additional guest (like a toddler), excess charges apply depending on age:

• 2 years old and below – FREE pool access.

• 3 years old and above :

• ₱150 per head (Tuesday to Thursday)

• ₱200 per head (Friday and Saturday)

AVIDA TOWERS - TIME:

6AM - 12NN , 1PM-5M & 6PM - 10PM

• 🛠 Monday – Pool closed for cleaning.
